Dr John Rindy
For my biography I am proposing to write about Dr John Rindy. Dr Rindy is the director of the Career Education and Development Office at Slippery Rock University. Dr Rindy is a prominent person on SRU’s campus. He has been here for years working for the university in the career and education development office. He is one of the first people potential and accepted students will meet on their way into the university as he is preaching his message of networking and career advancement. He is always makes sure his voice heard and makes his presence on campus known.
This is a newsworthy person to report a biography on for a few reasons. Dr Rindy is a well known person at Slippery Rock as he is the head of the Career Education and Development office and is one of the first people to speak to every new student at SRU. He is also a person who is known by other schools in the area as he travels around the area to help with career education. I am not aware if he has overcame anything major in his life. However, I still believe this would be an interesting person to cover because he has been successful in his career to this point and I am sure SRU students would to learn more about the life of “The Bald Career Guy”.
